My sons first appointment with Dr. Peplinksi was nothing less than amazing. She is a great physician and I would recommend anyone to her. She is very thural and can truly tell that she cares for her patient. I wouldn’t have chose any other pediatrician for my newborn.

I had a nice experience. The receptionist does seem to be over worked but other than that everyone was nice & the doctor was friendly.

I scheduled a same day appointment for 2:00PM for a rash that was multiplying on my 10 month son.
I was brought to the exam room at 2:00PM & was not seen until 3:00pm.
I sat in the exam room with both my kids (3 y/o & 10 months) for a HOUR.
For a same day emergent appointment. Waiting a hour in the exam room in a pediatric office is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been coming to this office for many years and have recently noticed a decline in customer service. The physician’s are great, that is the only reason I struggle with leaving. The support staff and billing department has been rude and crass. I expect to receive an overall positive experience at the pediatrician’s office.
I have not been receiving that over the past few months.
